Advisory's Peopel & Change team is currently seeking a Manager with Change Management and Communication. Manager requirements include:
Thorough knowledge and understanding assessing the human capital aspect of change readiness among stakeholder groups and identifying potential barriers and/or risks to implementation; analyzing the impact of the change on all areas of the organization; developing a change vision and strategy with leadership that is tailored to the organization's needs; planning and implementing change implementation activities to reduce resistance to the change; defining actions for successful cultural transformation; and, designing and delivering communications to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in and support
Thorough knowledge and exposure to the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities.
A background in change management and communications as well as finance, accounting, auditing, internal controls or risk management. Qualified candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and work effectively in teams of client, PwC and other third party professionals. Managers will deliver projects and services to our clients on a regional, national and/or global business scale.
Managers will develop and deliver client solutions in the areas of change management and communications and will have accountability for the selling and completion of these projects. Managers will be responsible for delivering engagements of various sizes, providing leadership and management in a number of activities, including product/service knowledge, business development, client and project management and team and client relationship building. In partnership with the leadership team, Managers will actively participate in all activities required for the development of the practice.
Managers will oversee work of joint teams (PwC and client/contractor), optimizing workload balance and enforcing accountability; Act as coach and/or mentor to junior staff; and develop/administer training to develop overall skills of PwC staff.
