Panasonic Avionics Corporation seeks to recruit an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and maintain our global HRIS and integrated technology solutions. The HRIS Analyst will provide ongoing global HRIS administration (Workday), including position management and data accuracy, as well as Oracle HRM functional administration and maintenance. This position will act as a liaison to the parent company, affiliates, business and internal IT staff to represent the interests of Panasonic Avionics Global Human Resources.

Project Management Support


  • Support HRIS Project Manager in finalizing global HRIS implementation by executing on necessary project tasks and adhering to timelines and quality expectations. * Help collect, maintain and manage all documentation associated with implementation. * Work with corporate and regional HR team members to ensure effective interface between HRIS and other HR Systems (e.g., Active Directory, Oracle).

Ongoing HRIS Analysis & Administration


  • Maintain system setup and table maintenance, including accurate position management and department/location data within system. * Ensure systems quality and data accuracy. * Maintain accurate records across all integrated systems. * Administer HR systems security to ensure timely functionality for users. Create an environment where HR staff and business is enabled with the tools and information they need while providing excellent customer service. * Generate reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis for multiple business lines and usage * Conduct statistical and financial data analysis for HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits * In conjunction with parent company and IT department, help lead ongoing projects, such as HRIS installs and upgrades. * Partner with IT to build, test and maintain any necessary integrations as well as ensure existing interfaces continue to run smoothly and provide accurate results. * Utilize appropriate software report writing and query tools to produce customized reports for multiple business lines and uses. * Conduct regular audits of data; adhere to all SOX controls for proper process and protocols. * Provide one-on-one and group support to HRIS users. * Help identify new HR needs and the software products to fulfill these needs; make alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary. * Administer small HRIS for joint venture (Orange HRM).

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skill Requirements


  • Advanced proficiency in SQL. Comfortable with system integration and process. * Proven experience administering within the Oracle R12 environment; specifically HRM. Demonstrable understanding of Oracle dictionary and logic. * Proven experience building, testing and launching successful integrations between systems, including documentation. * Workday system administration experience highly desired * Workday Studio experience is a plus. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access. * Must have proven critical thinking skills in order to conduct full impact analysis of any requests/changes from the business prior to execution


  • Ability to provide, in user-friendly terms, sound ideas and solutions to end users on HR systems-related projects, tasks, reports, etc. * Fundamental knowledge of position management. * Must be able to understand business priorities and project plans and have demonstrated adherence to and successful results with both. * Proven ability to respectfully challenge assumptions, proposed solutions and timelines. * Must have a proven mindset toward working through projects from beginning to end, yet flexible and agile enough to change direction when necessary. * Proven experience administering SaaS system (e.g., Taleo, SuccessFactors) * Fundamental understanding of OAM/OTL and Oracle Projects modules highly desired. * Familiar with a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures surrounding HR Systems. * Ability to work with varying levels of management. * Possesses excellent written and verbal cross-cultural communication skills. * Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures. * Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. * Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of variable factors. * Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. * Must be comfortable and have demonstrated success performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities in a high-energy environment.


Education/Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years as HRIS Analyst * BA or BS highly desirable.
