The Vision

We are creating a career-centric community that is open, free, and allows jobseekers and recruiters to connect and communicate with each other in new and different ways.

Our Mission

Through our efforts, we hope to accomplish the following:

  • Break down the walls of traditional 1.0 job boards
  • Help people connect with others who share similar backgrounds so that they may share experience and opportunities with each other
  • Create a social matrix of interconnected people to help companies find and hire the right talent quickly
  • Become the only source for jobseekers and employers who want to connect with each other
  • Use crowdsourcing to help jobseekers improve themselves, network with others, and grow their careers
  • Help jobseekers optimize themselves on the Internet through search-engine friendly profiles, and through exposure inside their own social networks so that they can be found easily by what they know and who they know
  • Build a brand that employers will use to broadcast opportunities and build their brand within a career-centric social online setting
