I possess 19 years of experience in web site development, design, business development, and management. I hold the title of President & Co-Founder of Human Capital Solutions, LLC, a privately-held recruitment products and services company located in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
As President and owner of Human Capital Solutions, LLC, the parent company of JobCircle.com, my entrepreneurial experience has been used to invent and new products and services in the recruiting and social media space. I currently oversee all marketing, sales, finance, and technology efforts within the company.
My company has produced many of the region's largest job fair events, and JobCircle.com currently has over 1 million registered members, receives over 500,000 unique visitors monthly, and boasts over 100,000 active job listings. JobNet.com is my newest effort to tap into Social Media to create a "monster-killer'.
In May, 2010, my company was responsible for the full scale production, sales, and execution of SocialMediaPlus (SocialMediaPlus.com), the Mid-Atlantic region's largest Social Media conference; this conference featured over 28 speakers and 20 exhibitors, and attracted over 650 paid attendees.
